While you shop for your household needs and your Valentine, it’s also an opportunity to shop for our students. Below are lists of current needs.

St. Joseph’s Immediate Needs:

  • Winter Coats/Jackets (both youth and adult sizes)
  • Pillows for the students’ beds
  • Mattress pads (Queen, Twin and Twin XL)
  • Hair conditioner
  • Blankets/Comforters/Quilts (Twin or Queen)
  • Boys boxer or brief underwear (sizes 10-20)
  • Lip balm

In addition to these needs, we would put any of the following to good use in caring for St. Joseph’s Lakota (Sioux) boys and girls:

  • Aveeno Body Wash
  • Aveeno Lotion
  • Athlete foot powder
  • Liquid Hand Soap*
  • Body Wash* (Both men's and women's)
  • Unscented Body Lotion (so boys or girls can use)
  • Beach Towels
  • Bath Towels
  • 3 inch ace wraps
  • Clotrimazole cream
  • Tennis Shoes (Sizes 1-7 men and women and men’s 12½ or larger)
  • Long athletic shorts (all sizes)
*St. Joseph’s is no longer able to use bar soap due to health regulations.

We are always grateful to receive items the Lakota children need.

Please be sure to add a gift note to your order when shopping on Amazon, so your name and mailing address will be inside all packages sent to St. Joseph’s Indian School. We will notify you of your package’s arrival by mail. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.
