Our high school Class of 2019 collected their diplomas in May and are now facing a season of change. For most, the next season begins at college. For others, the workforce.
Our Senior Suitcase program provides graduates items such as bedding, pots and pans, towels and other dorm room and first apartment essentials. Your compassion can help clear the path so these students can focus on what really matters … They can focus on becoming the adults they were meant to be.
“I was once a homesick little kid,” said Cameron. “Now I’m a young adult off to bigger and better things.”
A season of change is approaching our graduate. To make sure they begin this journey off right, you can help by giving to the Senior Suitcase program.
We’ve set a goal of $12,000 for students to purchase items for their Senior Suitcase by July 12.
How can you help? A gift of…
$15 helps provide towels and bedding for a graduate.
$25 helps graduates purchase small appliances.
$50 goes toward providing laptops for graduates attending post-secondary education.
$90 provides all three.
Can the Lakota graduates count on you? Donate today!
If St. Joseph’s Indian School is blessed with donations beyond the goal amount for Senior Suitcase, excess donations will help provide for the Lakota children’s most immediate needs.
